Phase 1
Jed and I decided to get back on the South Beach diet this week. We're both in full on carb addiction so we're starting from square 1, two whole weeks of no carbs! Its hard but worth it. I can feel myself detoxing which is painful but I know that I'll feel better in a couple days and I wont crave carbs nearly as much. Also I'm already losing weight which is a nice motivator! I'm down 3-4 pounds since Sunday. I'm really excited to hopefully get back into my pre Kane clothes maybe in a month! Now I just need to figure out how to make the Pioneer Woman's delicious food, South Beach friendly. Hmm...
